I've been learning lately that things happen in our lives that teach us a little bit more about how precious life is. Every moment matters because we never truly know when it can be our last. So often we are distracted by the duties and relationships of our lives. I often take a moment to stop and appreciate being alive. Just the act of living as a human being. We are conscious beings with amazing creative and intellectual abilities. I am proud to be a part of a species that creates so much beauty and love.

I take this moment in time to remember those who have passed on from this reality and to appreciate having had them in my life.

You are all part of this beautiful creative cycle of life.
